SCRIMIQ ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.
Account information: Email address, display name, and profile picture (via Clerk authentication).
Team data: Scrim results, player statistics, VOD tags, opponent scouting notes, and other data you input into the platform.
Usage data: Page views, feature usage, and performance metrics (via Vercel Analytics) to improve the Service.
Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your credit card details.
All team data is scoped to your organization. Other organizations cannot access your data. We enforce organization-level data isolation at the database level.
When you use AI-powered features (match detection, coaching insights), your data is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for analysis. This data is processed in real-time and is not stored by the AI provider for training purposes.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication, role-based access control, and strict security headers. See our Security page for details.
Your data is retained for the duration of your account. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days. Some anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.
