1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SCRIMIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SCRIMIQ is a performance management platform designed for competitive Call of Duty teams. The Service provides scrim tracking, VOD analysis, opponent scouting, analytics, and reporting tools.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share confidential team data with unauthorized parties
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. SCRIMIQ does not claim ownership of your team data, scrim results, or analytics. We only use your data to provide and improve the Service.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

SCRIMIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
